Wine mounting/unmounting

hi, I am trying to install Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on a fedora 9 machine, and am having problems with the cd swapping.
when it asks for disk 2, i do "wine eject", and swap the cds.
however, this other cd doesn't mount. ive tried running the mount command by hand. this works, but i just get an empty folder where the cd contents should be.
when i click on the CD drive icon in metacity, i get "Unable to mount location, No media in drive"

if i restart, the cd(and any other cd) mounts fine. it seems to all go wrong around the wine eject command.

what should i do?

Lee.

BTW: i live in the uk, and copying cds to your HDD is illegal even for the purposes of personal use, and will result in public stoning.

EDIT: That was a lie by the way - they dont really stone you for that.
EDIT2: It was....Seriously.

Make wine emulate a virtual desktop so you still have access to the desktop. Whenever you insert a cd, an icon should appear on the desktop. If not, then it's in the system folder. Insert disc one and let it install. When it says insert disc 2, right click on the cd icon on the desktop (or system folder) and click eject. insert new disk and continue. whenever you insert the new disc, the icon should reappear on the desktop (or system folder). If a new window doesn't pop-up with the cd contents, double click to make sure it mounted. wine eject epically fails for me too.
