Unhappy Wine installation problem Mandrake 9.2

I'm having a problem with installing Wine-20040213 in Mandrake 9.2 (OK, I'm very new to this stuff) I need to install Access 2000 on my Mandrake machine, but I can't find the system.ini, win.ini and wine.conf files described on Where do I find these files? Do I have to create my own (how?)? Help!

What happens when you run a program with wine? The files should be created automatically (did on my system). If it complains over a missing ~/.wine directory, you can simply create it.
