after using
./configure
make depend
make
when i give the following command which is mentioned in readme file of wine,
the following error accours
i can't solve the problem
please help if u can thnx now

Try make clean,./configure, make depend, make install

Don't run wineinstall as root, don't extract the tarball as root. Remove the source tree, go back to being user, then extract the tarball again and run wineinstall, it should now work.
