Wine in Fullscreen?

I am running a game in WINE version 20050725 and GNOME 2.10.2. I have managed to make windows appear above the panels using ALT+plus and selecting "On top" from the menu. However, the window still has a border around it, so the bottom part of the game screen can't be seen. I want to run this game in fullscreen, as it would in Windows.

It appears that WINE no longer has a 'winesetup' utility to set the windows to managed or unmanaged and I could not find this option in 'winecfg'. Also, I cannot find any WINE configuration file. There are some *.reg files in ~/.wine/, but those do not seem to have the option to set windows to unmanaged. I have found many posts on this subject, but they all appear to be for older versions of WINE and therefore the solutions don't apply in this situation.

You definitely have winecfg. Maybe it is under another name (such as 'config')
and in an unpredictable directory, e.g. /usr/lib/wine/config or
/usr/share/wine/winecfg or something else. It should be. If it is installed
from a package try to list files from it. If it is from source, maybe you can
find something in README or else.

Same problem here.

Ygrex: It's not that we can't find winecfg, it's that winecfg doesn't help.

At least I think it's the same problem. I'm playing a fullscreen game, and it is kind-of fullscreen in that there's no border, no window decoration... but it doesn't actually change the screen resolution, which is what I want it to do.
