Wine: How do I input into a running Wine Program with Cyrillic Characters?

Dear All,
I am running a Lexicon (a Windows program) that I just run the
*.exe for. I want to input cyirillic (greek) characters into
this program. when I change the keyboard type to greek in Kcontrol
and type, each character comes out as a question mark.

Please help! I am running SuSE 10.0

I assume you have the appropriate kde-i18n package installed. if that's the case then on my system, wine works just fine in every locale (including RU)

I have just installed that... no go.
A bit more information:

When the program is expecting greek and I type in english keyboard layout,
it wires in all characters like: λίγο περισσότερο από την αντοχή, but no greek.
If it is expectin grek and I write in Greek keyboard layout, then it comes out
as all question marks!

help!

Make an execute script as follows:

#!/bin/sh
cd $HOME/.wine/drive_c/MGLEXICO/
LC_ALL=el_GR.utf8 wine POLYLEX.EXE

Note:

Check with the following command if the el_GR.utf8 is supported and, if not, replace it with your system's local for Greek.

locale -a
