Wine Dreamweaver and XSL?

So I installed Dreamweaver 8 using Wine, no problem, everything works fine. Well almost. Every time I open an XSL file (may be more, haven't tried too many others) the program locks up. Is wine missing libraries or something? Anybody had it and fixed it?

Thanks,

Chris

As far as I know, if you've got a problem running a program with Wine, it's just normal since Wine isn't Windows (and the apps are not meant to be run in Wine, but in Windows). Have you tried to use native dlls instead, or vice versa?

And by the way: why do you use Dreamweaver at all? I've tried it out and can say there are a lot better tools if you know what you want. In my opinion Dreamweaver is for newbies of some kind, though it is expensive (if it's legally bought).

I have to agree. I used dreamweaver then quickly stopped. It can't do table layouts(if that is your thing. Better to use css.), it is slow, and over priced. But if you wish to use a gui editor then try out NVU. As I thought that dreamwearver mx was the last stable edition of Dreamweaver that was compatible with Wine.
