Warning: the specified System directory L"c:\\windows\\system32" is not accessible.

What is the path that you have set for those directories? What are the permissions on those folders?

when the installation of the exe starts it says
c:/windows/system 32
There was a problem creating this folder.
The installation will be cancelled.
i set the installation path to /home/me , but i tried a bunch of different paths as well. nothing seems to work.

Do you have a directory in your home directory called .wine? If so, what's in it? Also, are you doing it as a normal user?
