[bash]# wine /path/to/executable

There is also a program, called WineX that allows you just to choose which program to run from a menu (without typing a command on console).

I haven;t spend much time with wine but I am about to start using it..

I have

/dev/hda1 - NTFS (win2k)
/dev/hda8 - linux os.

Is it possible to run the wine using a windows system directory (NTFS) that is READ ONLY ??

Or it would be better to format my
/dev/hda6 (16G) to FAT32 to copy win32 system files there ?? and use that with wine ??

I remember the last time I read wine pdf guide there were not info about NTFS filesystems..

cheers..
