wine & windoze *.ocx

I have searched but not found...

When trying to run a swiss post-office compatible accounting program with wine I get;
> component comctl32.ocx not correctely registered, file missing >or invalid.
No problem I thought, wrong.
In the Gates os you must register the ocx with the registry server by a drag n drop or on the command line. I'm trying to do the same from wine;

>wine "mnt/win_d2/winnt/system32/regsvr32.exe >mnt/win_d2/winnt/system32/comctl32.ocx"

wine just complains about parameters and options, how to pass a filename to another file from wine?
eg: wine file_ocx file_server
