Hello Folks

I have the intention of trying WINE so that I can show customers how they can use a office system with 'real' running software.

Financial program seem to be a big issue for the customers I have been speaking to. Gnucash is not enough.

I also want to move my office to Linux, and need a way to port across our supported financial application software.

Has any one tried accounting programs or database programs under Wine? I have looked in a couple of forums and on the Wine HQ site, but the office utilities suite seems a little thin.

My target application is running a borland database engine, and I cannot find out if this is a thing that WINE considers. I do not even know how to look for this underlying database concern.

I am a massive WINE newbie, and I really appreciate any assistance that can be pointed in my direction.
