I run Linux Mint 7 x64 and I installed wine and wine doors (don't ask me why I feel ashamed) and now I uninstalled it but it won't go away in my menu. It keeps leaving AutoScriptWriter (recorder) and I can't get rid of it any suggestions on how to delete it I tried right clicking on it and clicking uninstall but I won't go away.

Looks to me like the default Desktop Environment for Mint 7 x64 is GNOME, so what you are looking for is a GNOME menu editor. By searching the internet for this it looks like you should be able to just right click on the menu icon (the Linux Mint symbol, not the AutoScriptWriter symbol) and launch the menu editor from which you should be able to remove menu items.

thank you very much it worked I don't know why I didn't think about doing that before. I've been a Linux user for almost a year and love it and I have had to do that before with other programs. But thank you I was lost.
