Windows XP - Root like access?

Is it possible with a registry hack or some other type of tweak to disable all users besides root from installing software on a windows xp workstation?

Any ideas?

Follow this procedure...

Start => Run => compmgmt.msc => ok

Goto "Local Users and Groups" tab and Select "Groups"

Open "Administrators" goto "Members" tab and remove everybody other than "Administrator" and any user who should be ABLE to install softwares.
