Windows Screen Savers in Fedora
Simple question: Is there a way to run a ".scr" file in Fedora? Some kind of program that can do it? Anything?

Some Windows software can be run in linux using "wine" - or in a virtual machine running the real OS.
The first method may come closer to what you want - just a guess. |

Note: I found that option /? in command is mandatory to run the screensaver itself, without it only screensaver settings window will be shown. What else? Yeah, one may use any set of symbols in this option. I tried /1, /~, /whatamess and /':-)' - every variant worked. :) |
Awesome! I found that using any argument caused the screensaver to go into "preview" mode...which doesn't work in all situations. If you use a /S argument the file "saves" the screen! Cool! Thank you very much! Now, does anyone know how to integrate this into the gnome screensaver preferences? as a "linux" screensaver? Maybe something that just runs the command?

AFAIR, but I'm not sure, xscreensaver allows to add custom screensavers.
