In theory, could I just move files into my .cedega folder from my windows folder, for Steam and its games (counterstrike half life...) instead of reinstalling steam and its games through cedega? I need to know this soon so I dont waste 5 hours downloading it from the internet at 30kb/s:confused:

It may depend upon the format of the particular files you're talking about. Assuming that you're using x86 or x86_64, I'd say you could, but don't quote me on this.
