Windows Drivers?

I'm using Mepis 6.0 and I have a few problems with it. Is there a way to use windows drivers with Linux? I'm running this on a Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop.

Thank you

With some devices, yes, check out ndiswrapper. It may be useful to list what hardware bits you are having problems with, maybe someone else has figured out a way to make it work.
