Window Manager with Full Keyboard Control

I'm the kind of person who likes to use the keyboard for as much as I can. Thus far, I have been using TWM as my window manager but recently have gotten frustrated that there is no evident way to do certain, very important, functions without a mouse, such as moving or resizing a window. Is there any window manager that would allow for complete keyboard control? I like TWM all except that one bit.

I'm not particularly interested in tiling window managers, mainly because it seems like it would get annoying quickly, but I'll try it as long as it doesn't have very many dependencies.

Tiling WMs make what you want to achieve very easy and most of them have only a few dependencies. If you want one that is easy to configure I would recommend i3, it has only dmenu, libev and yajl as dependencies, all available as from SlackBuilds.org.
