Win4lin Windows hangs on setup

Hi! I have compiled the kernel on my Slack 10.0 and then installed Win4lin 5.0 with lisence. All the installation of Win 98 goes fine. But during the 3-rd phase, after setting up the Control panel it hangs on "Setting up the programs on the Start Menu". Have anyone encountered such problem? Please, help me!
Thanks.

How long have you waited to let it finish? Even when you are just installing straight to the HD, it can take quite a while, especially if your system specs aren't that good. I have not used Win4Lin, but in VMWare, it can take quite a while for an install to finish at the system settings portion. Just a thought.
