Win4Lin and VMware dont work

Hi,
I installed Win4Lin, the setup works great and it downloads all the files but when it wants to install the files by 80 % it says that an error ocured. When I restart the setup the same error ocurres. Then I rebooted and tried again but this time it said: You do not appear to be booted into a Netraverse-enabled kernel. You must boot into a Netraverse-enabled kernel in order to install the Windows system files." So I deleted all files that were made by Win4Lin and tried again but it still says that problem with the kernel.
So I tried VMware. It worked. But the next time I wanted to start it it said that I have to run vmware-config.pl . I did so but it cant find the location of my C Header Files.
Please tell me what to do, help me with VMware or Win4Lin.
I am using RedHat 9.0 with Kernel 2.4
Thank you!!
