Angry Win4Lin 3.0 troubleshooting

I recently purchased Win4Lin 3.0 from a local bookstore used for like 15 bucks. Im running SuSE 9.0 Professional with the 2.4 athlon kernel. First off i cannot get the installer to get past the first update screen it errors out. Then if i install it directly from the RPM it installs correct then when you go to run it its missing the modules needed for your devices. after messing around with it a little more i could get back into the graphical setup and it goes to the point to install windows from the cd. Then out of no where it says i didnt adgree to the terms and conditions............ blah i never got any terms and conditions.

Has anyone else encountered these problems with win4lin 3.0, ill eventually try upgrading to 5.0 but i hate feeling like i wasted my money when all i need it for is one program.
