I don't know if this will serve your needs, but LinuxPlanet.com has an article on using CUPS to run windows print drivers. It involves compiling a CUPS source file, then copying certain drivers from your xp installation.

It's worth a read, especially sections:
2 Prerequisites
4 CUPS configuration
5 CUPS windows drivers

Most major brands of printers are now well supported in Linux, so it may not be necessary to go through this extra step.

What printer(s) are you using?

The short answer is probably not. If it exists, I've not encountered it.

The long answer is, "What make and model of printer are you concerned with?"
