Will Upgrading to Ubuntu 8.04 Affect USB in VirtualBox CSE

Currently, I have Ubuntu 7.10 and have Virtualbox Closed Source Edition already installed. I have 2 questions:

1) Will upgrading to Ubuntu 8.04 affect the USB feature in my closed source edition of virtualbox?

2) Will there be any problems with virtualbox that's alreay installed if I upgrade to ubuntu 8.04?

3) Will upgrading to Ubuntu 8.04 affect guest additions in virtualbox?

This is crucial in determining whether or not I should upgrade.

As for question #2: you have to recompile the kernel module for VB.

It might be as easy as dpkg-reconfigure virtualbox, but I don't know whether Ubuntu installs all needed packages by default. I suppose it does because you needed them as well during the first install of VB.
