I'm quite new to video chat. I am running FC4 and my wife has an Apple iBook. I realize that most of these programs are based upon standard protocols. Shouldn't we be able to connect to the same messaging server with different programs using the same protocols? Isn't there a good open-source cross platform video messenging solution out there?
