Wiki/CMS differences reviews
 

So, I know of mediawiki, SugarCMS, OpenCMS, Drupal, Joomla, Tiki, etc. My question is, does anyone have a site where someone has charted the differences between them and which is best for certain projects?

Well, if you are happy with a 'tick-box' kind of output, you can get that, but while they are interesting it doesn't directly tell you which is best for certain circumstances. You have to decide for yourself '...well, a forum is necessary for this site...' and it will tell you whether a forum natively/add-on is available. Anyway
