Why i can't start programs!??

Everytime i try to access this program...
i get this error! why is this happenning!??

How do you start it? From console try
chmod 755 Project
./Project
in the directory it is in.

i have tryed that!!! i have full permisions!!!
don't know what i'm doing wrong!!
can i send you the file!??

It definitely looks like a pathing issue. Have you tried appending the directory that Project resides in to your PATH?
