Why checkinstall used in fedora4 make some error?

I used checkinstall in fedora4 to make a rpm packed. The rpm pack is ok.When I used:
rpm -i xxxx.rpm
to install the pack is ok.
But when I used:
rpm -e xxx
to uninstall the pack didn't report error. But not uninstall.

In my make file that checkinstall used is like this:
install: FORCE
cp -f bin/a /usr/bin/
cp -f lib/b /usr/lib/
cp -f lib/c /usr/lib/
uninstall: FORCE
rm -f /usr/bin/a[ok]
rm -f /usr/lib/b[err]
rm -f /usr/lib/c[err]

In right way, uninstall the file "a,b,c" all to delete. But only a was deleted,"b,c" still there.
What's the problem?????Thank you very much!
