Why cant nautilus see files that are meant for linux????

I burned iso images to a cd-rw disk for rh9 I cant remember right now of what they contain but the point is i dont know how to run them and they wont show. When I insert the cd and try to open the application a message appears saying that nautilus has no installed viewers that can show the file. What does this mean? I use KDE
