SMplayer depends on mplayer and uses it for actually playing videos, right? I have a video which I got out of kdenlive (to mpg format) and vlc and mplayer play it well, but smplayer doesn't. Video is corrupted there. Why is it so if in mplayer the video plays OK? And the video itself should be OK, because kdenlive generated it.
In addition: I checked this video with:

ffmpeg -v error -i filename.mpg -f null - 2>error.log
and "error.log" is empty. I guess that means the video is 100% correct...
