Why can't I join my host into a AD?

When I try to join, I get this message:

Code:
$ sudo net ads join -U Administrator
Administrator's password:
[2006/03/21 17:29:02, 0] libads/kerberos.c:ads_kinit_password(164)
  kerberos_kinit_password MY_HOST$@OUR_REALM failed: Preauthentication failed
[2006/03/21 17:29:02, 0] utils/net_ads.c:ads_startup(191)
  ads_connect: Preauthentication failed
What's my mistake?

it might be an idea to post us some configuration files

/etc/krb5.conf
/etc/samba/smb.conf

Also you might want to just run threw this how-to, it might show you whats wrong.
