Why am I unable to load the network admin?

Hello. I booted my machine today, which runs Crunchbang currently. Upon doing so, I was unable to connect to a wireless network because the network icon was gone. I am also unable to open the Network Admin. I've done a system restore with no luck. Does anyone know how to get it to load again?

It gives me a command not found error. I also did a find command and was unable to find the vsd base script. So I think the best thing to do is a backup and reinstall.

Thanks again,
