Which report generator (need customize) is best for CentOS
Hi All,
I am not sure finally I will use MySQL or other database (such as Oracle or PostgreSQL)in the final development.
The application is web-based and I want to know which best report generator can make report and allow customize like crystal report (windows).
Thanks for your advice.

+1 on Jasper
This seems to be the trend. We've installed separate vendor products within the last year and they came with Jasper and Postgres.
By the way I'd suggest using Postgres rather than MySQL if possible. The latter is owned by Oracle and they don't seem to be as opensource friendly as they used to seem. You certainly want to stay away from Oracle DB if possible so as to avoid their rapacious licensing and regular audits.

Sorry: +1 is shorthand for "I'm adding my vote for using Jasper". +2 would be if someone after me was adding their vote...
