which pdf viewer?

Hi all,

I am looking for a (linux) pdf viewer in which I can underline certain portions of the text and save that underlining (It's for writing summaries). Is this at all possible or should I stop looking?
Currently I'm using xpdf which is great but does not even support text selection.

Yeah xpdf seems pretty basic, you've also got ghostview but I dont think that'll do the job. You can get acrobat reader for linux, but again I'm not sure if that'll do as it tends to be an older version that the Windows version. If all else fails you could try running acrobat reader for windows through wine or crossover office.
