Which package contains man pages documentation for c++ functions
Which package i must install to have man pages for c functions like printf(), fopen(), fcntl(), docuentation for functions from "stdio.h", from "termios.h" etc. ?

The debian package called "manpages-dev" does what you want on my box. If xebian is anything like debian, that's where you want to look first.

i need this for cygwin, but i didnt found package name u mentioned in cygwin's official packages set.
actually, i need that documentation in any format ( html, txt, pdf ...), not necessarily as man pages.
where can i get it ?
