which libs?

Hey, can someone please tell me of a few libs that a lot of programs require? I'm using an LFS distro, and I can't get many programs working. I've only installed Qt and CUPS.

well there's many different libs out there.. depending on what program you want to use and run, it can vary. check with the program install and readme file for required libs and dependencies.. etc.

just install libraries when they are needed by a program u wanna install. at first it will look as if u're constantly installing libraries but after a while u'll have a lot of them installed and most programs will install fine, unless they need another library u don't have yet.

but i wouldn't just go around and installing a lot of libraries if u don't know already if ur gonna need them.
