Unwittingly, some time ago, I used a WYSIWYG that made me an html (including hyperlinks) that is very suitable for an unproblematic conversion into PDF, but I have forgotten which WYSIWYG it was, as I normally use straight html, which is difficult to convert into PDF. I know it was a WYSIWIG, because I do links differently, with not so long "names".

Which html WYSIWYG is responsible for creating the file in the attachment to this post?

Thank you, sincerely - Hearthstone.

I can't guess which WYSIWYG editor, but I can tell you one thing, including CSS inside an HTML file is a bad thing...

This leads me to exclude Dreamweaver. I've used it countless times, it never "mixed" them. My experience with Kompozer, Seamonkey and Adobe Muse is little (I too prefer text editors to create websites, they offer much more control of the code) so I can't tell you if it's one of them instead.

If you ever find out though, please post which one it is, you got me intrigued as well (I want to avoid that editor^^);)

There's no way to tell.

Likelly Microsoft Frontpage. That HTML editor is prone to spitting bad html code and doing odd and inappropiate things like mixing CSS in the HTML file. Kompozer, the seamonkey html editor (based on kompozer), Quanta, and pretty much every other open-source WYSIWYG HTML editor produces good, valid and appropiate code.

Line 7 is interesting.

Just for grins and giggles, I once wrote two words in an MS Word document and selected "Save as HTML."

Try it sometime if you want a laugh.
