Which distro for HLDS?

I'm about to have my hosting company re-install the O/S on my server and would like some input on which one I should choose? I can go with either Fedora (core 1 or 2) or Redhat. Those are the only distro's that my host fully will support. I'm too new at linux to have to try troubleshooting anything so I intend to stick with something they will fully support. Can I get suggestions from you guru's out there with a reason as to why you think your pick is best? All input will be appreciated!

if it's red hat ENTERPRISE, go with that...

fedora is okay, but it isn't a stable distro...

red hat (regular, non-enterprise) is not supported by red hat anymore...
