which dependency file I am missing for lmgrd

in the folder there is lmgrd executable file
./lmgrd
bash: ./lmgrd: No such file or directory

I use ldd lmgrd to check which file I am missing.

lilzz@lilzz-Latitude-E6400:~/cadence/installs/IC615/tools/bin$ ldd lmgrd
linux-gate.so.1 => (0xb7764000)
libpthread.so.0 => /lib/i386-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0 (0xb7720000)
libm.so.6 => /lib/i386-linux-gnu/libm.so.6 (0xb76da000)
libgcc_s.so.1 => /home/lilzz/cadence/installs/IC615/tools/lib/libgcc_s.so.1 (0xb76bd000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/i386-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 (0xb750f000)
libdl.so.2 => /lib/i386-linux-gnu/libdl.so.2 (0xb750a000)
/lib/ld-lsb.so.3 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0xb7765000)

can anyone see which file I am missing?
