which dependency file I am missing for lmgrd

in the folder there is lmgrd executable file
bash: ./lmgrd: No such file or directory

I use ldd lmgrd to check which file I am missing.

lilzz@lilzz-Latitude-E6400:~/cadence/installs/IC615/tools/bin$ ldd lmgrd => (0xb7764000) => /lib/i386-linux-gnu/ (0xb7720000) => /lib/i386-linux-gnu/ (0xb76da000) => /home/lilzz/cadence/installs/IC615/tools/lib/ (0xb76bd000) => /lib/i386-linux-gnu/ (0xb750f000) => /lib/i386-linux-gnu/ (0xb750a000)
/lib/ => /lib/ (0xb7765000)

can anyone see which file I am missing?
