WOW, I have seen that in decades... Fun times

Anyway, there's only two places I know of to get it

1) Get a copy of DOS (6.22, etc)

or 2) go to : -> http://www.qbasic.net/en/qbasic-down...c-compiler.htm

At one time I thought this software had copy protection.

Out of curiosity, is it Linux software?

It's possible. I couldn't verify one way or another.
I do know that a few years ago, Microsoft provided a URL to download it (olddos.exe) but the links are no longer valid.

Ideally, the OP would be best served to spend 11.00 or 12.00 on Ebay and buy a copy of DOS and grab what he/she needs

Personally I wouldn't bother as there's isn't anything running that will run 16bit software anyway.
Learning "C" would (IMO) be more practical

No, at least not with out an emulator or on a compatible VM

average_user 04-09-2018 02:16 PM

I see, just wonder why someone asked for it at Linux - Software forum. Maybe OP wants to run Qbasic on Linux?

Dunno, could be trying to load it under wine, or on a VM
