Where the hell can I find g++?
I decided to realy start programing, and so I put Mandrake 10.1 on my laptop and went to a room not crowded, warm temperature, and is away from my family, but I realize once again Mandrake doesn't have what I need. What happened to g++? That's my favorite, most reliable compiler. I did a urpmi g++ and a urpmi ecgs g++, and couldn't find it. There was gcc, but its too complecated, and its supposedly only to compile C programs. The site I was sent to that made the compiler, is, well, I dont know what it is, something life insurance, or family thing, which doesn't seem like the one I was looking for (for the curiouse... http://www.cygnus.com/cygnus/index.jsp )
where can I obtain my g++?

Yea the download version of mandrake 10 does not have compilers built in.
My experiance has taught me to stay away from mandrake or redhat
no g++ or other compilers makes an operating system as usefull as windows xp professional

Man, k well, that does away from searching the software archives on the cd. Does any one know where I could get a source version of g++?

I dont think you want a source version of g++, since you need a compiler to compile the compiler
As far as I know, g++ is the c++ extension to gcc, so you need to try downloading gcc from here:
rpmfind.net
Presumably you could also use apt-get, or whatever to download it as well

Did you install using an installation disk?
If so, you probably can install by "updating"
using the disk. It's harder to install g++
without having g++ to begin with.
