Where is the variable "always_inline" defined?

To Linux fans,

I see the variable "always_inline" used in the header file compiler-gcc.h (in the link below) but it is defined anywhere in the file. So, where is it defined?

http://tomoyo.sourceforge.jp/cgi-bin...compiler-gcc.h

Thanks in advance.
