Where is the Form/Data tab in LibreOffice Writer 4.2?

I am trying to create an output using a form that I have set up in LibreOffice Writer. I want to import data into this form from an established LibreOffice Calc database. I have linked the database to the form and created the form fields, but when I try to edit any of the fields with Form/Data, the Data tab is missing. The instructions creating a form that pulls data from a database all refer to this Data tab. However, when I open Form from any of the form fields in my LO Writer form editor, there are only two tabs: General and Events. Neither of these tabs has any of the essential settings that I will need to pull in the data from my database. I have looked in all the menus, and have even tried to add the Data tab through the custom menu selection, but I can't find it there either. Help, please? I had planned to finish this project yesterday, and now I'm behind schedule. Thanks. I am using LibreOffice Version 4.2.8.2.

I solved it myself after a bit more Googling. It turned out that Base hadn't installed correctly. I did a full uninstall of LO and installed the latest version. I now have a Data tab in my Form editor.
