where can I get kernel-headers for 2.6.7?

I need kernel headers to install the NVidia driver but I can't seem to find them for kernel 2.6.7. Debian unstable only goes to 2.6.6 and I can't find a tar file with google.

Thanks in advance!

You can try downloading full source at kernel.org. I do not know where Debian places kernel source code, but kernel source code gets looked in /usr/src/linux. You can either decompress the source code under /usr/src and make a symbolic link or just decompress under /usr/src/linx. I think the easiest is decompress to /usr/src and then make symbolic link.

Hmm well I have a problem with the installation and everything I've found so far is that I need the kernel headers. From what you're saying I understand that if I have untarred the kernel source in /usr/src and made the symbolic link the headers are already there? (the installer found the source as well via IIRC /bin/modules/2.6.7/build, which is also a symlink to /usr/src/linux) So I might have a different problem

This is because I already had to update the kernel (works fine).

Thanks for the help!
