Where can I find a simple tutorial on quota (limit capacity of disk space of a user)?

Hello, everyone!

I am using Linux Red Hat 8.0 System and I want to quota (limit the capacity of disk space) a user/group.

I have viewed the man page of quota command but I find I do not understand it very well. So where can I find a tutorial on this topic? I only want to use the basic functions of quota.
