This is a very obsolete distro---something like 5 years old. You will be better off with Fedora 6 or 7---or CentOS, which is a clone of RedHat enterprise (RHEL).
The link below may be helpful also.

just have a google for "redhat 7.3 iso" and you'll find plenty if you really do want that ancient distro. you'll never find it with that kernel though, sounds like a consultancy image or something...

As suggested by our friends, utilize the search capabilities of persistence and internet choice. It could take some serious time on YOUR behalf. http://www.dogpile.com/ For some additional help. IMHO please try "blag 60000" Linux. One single install CD-ROM disc and YOU'll be amazed at the smoothness of much desired software applications. There is also an update available called "blag 60001" Linux. I have yet to install the newer version. Previously have installed the original version and all was sweet.

Just get CentOS 2.1 It's based on RHEL 2.1 which is based on RH 7.3

I do understand your dilemma. Just simply upgrading to the latest OS is not always the answer.
Good luck
