Where can i download C compiler from

Guy's I'm trying to download some software so i can get my TV card to work with Red hat version 9


the only thing is when i type ./configure


it runs and then stop with the following error


configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH



this is why i need c compiler



please help

install gcc from your distro cds

get gcc
i got it off my mandrake cd
but u can prob get it off the net
