Whats Happing


i have a 40 gig and a 10 gig hard drive, on my 40 i have windows 98 and on ,my 10 i have 1 gig for the windows and 9 for mandrake linux. i just in stall linux and i rebooted my computer and then a message came up " L 07 07 07 07 07 07 07" and kept on going. i know its a lilo error and i dont know how to fix it. Can some one help me!!!!! i need to get on my computer!!!!

read here, it seems to be something with the bios...anyways you may get some info from this site hopefully

You don't have lilo configured correctly yet. Edit your /etc/lilo.conf file, then run /sbin/lilo and try again.

You didn't install the developmental packages? As root, command:
urpmi gcc

urpmi mc
