What software is good for monitoring what websites have been visited?

I'm doing a group project in highschool where I need to monitor what website I have visited (as well as what programs I have used and other things like that, but I think I have those sorted), I want it all to be put into one log file which I'm trying to do using logstash, so it would be good if I could also direct where the log will be created. I would just use browser history but it would take ages to put all the websites I have visited in the correct spot in the log (I want everything to go in order). Also if this can be done some other way (such as using systemd) I'm open to it.

I've kludged apache httpd as a reverse proxy to the entire Internet. I'm not proud, but as a side note I did observe that my apache logs captured all the URLs I visited. If you really want to try, I can look for my old confs.

Squid would probably be a better solution, because it's designed to be a proxy. Or even nginx.

Guess wireshark would monitor it all.
