I would like to see a program similar to Microsoft's ActiveSync to get my PDA running Windows Mobile 2003 to sync up with Evolution. I know its a long shot, but maybe someday. That or maybe there is something out there and I'm just ignorant about it
Dreamweaver/Flash MX & Photoshop CS2. I usualy don't like to buy software when I can use open source for free, but I would be quite willing to put out some cash for those three programs.
Specifically, Photoshop CS2 (or whatever 3 turns out to be) and some sort of rapid photo sorter/correcting program that reads camera raw. RAW support is fairly widespread in the Linux world, but nothing that works FAST. I'll shoot a 1000-2000 photographs in a weekend, and need to get them all color correct and ready for photoshop in about 1-2 days.
Bibble Labs has ported just such a program, but it simply isn't fast enough for my purposes.
Currently, I'm using Pixmantec's Raw Shooter Essentials 2005 under WINE. Unfortunately, they just got bought out by Adobe, so no more updates to this specific program.
Really, I'd like to see one of the RAW compatible GPL'd photo sorting programs attain the speed that is needed here.
hi all...my english is poor.so i don't know what's the meaning of the word "port".
anyone can tell me???
a port is a program which originally ran on platform X but has been modified so it can run on platform Y... for example, if i have a program that was designed for Windows, and then i make all the changes to it so that it can run (natively) on GNU/Linux, then it can be said that "i ported my program to GNU/Linux"...
