Cool what media player is good for play movie &song


hi form im vaibhav dadhich im new on this form . this is my first post
i have a redhat in my computer i want to play
a movie & songs in linux. so please help & suggest what media player right to play movie or song
thankus.

Mplayer (commandline control)/gmplayer (GUI control) is my media player of choice. There are others, and I'm sure other people will mention them. You will have to upgrade from the standard Redhat offering in order to play MP3's, and possibly some other formats that are believed to be patent restricted.
