What is wrong with my SMTP server?

Some messages sent through sendmail send and some don't.

Why might this be? I can't view the logs they are blank for some reason.

I restarted qmail and nothing happened, still won't send.

No

In fact, I've got a dsl access and dynamic ip. But a gave up using own MTA - huge number of mail servers reject mail from dynamic IPs due to spam control.
