What is the best way to get clamav to scan emails?

Hi all,

I've installed CLAMAV and I would like to get this software scanning all incoming and outgoing emails.

Honestly, I'm not an experienced linux user!!!
I've been googling this topic and I've found some links on the clamav-milter.

Sadly, the installation instructions (file INSTALL) in the "clamav-milter" folder, included in the clamav software are not too clear to me.

I couldn't follow such steps, my linux understanding is not good enaugh thought.

What is the easiest way to get it to work???

Any suggestion or good link would be highly appreciated!!!

System: Redhat 8.0, sendmail, spamassassin, clamav

Thanks in advance!!!
